Not happy with all the weekends? Not a problem. People often swap their weekends with other members
and the house is open to members making up weekends whenever there's extra space.

You are guaranteed a bed on your scheduled weekend (Friday & Saturday). And, you have first priority for bringing
guests. NOTE: There are 2-3 guest spots available on most weekends.
Holidays and Special Events
Christmas Week through New Year's is generally open to everyone (space permitting). You must
let us know in advance if you plan to come up and it is not your scheduled weekend. People with those
weekends have first priority to the beds. Guest space is extremely limited this week.
All other holiday weekends and special events are only available when there is extra space or you have swapped in to
those weekends. Guest space is also extremely limited on these weekends.

Weekday Use
Everyone is welcome to use the house during the week around their scheduled weekends, provided there is space. Just let us know when
you've made your plans. There is a $10/night charge for mid-week stays to cover added utility bills.
Guests pay the standard guest fees and must be accompanied by a share member.
Making Up Weekends
Weekends may be swapped between shares, but cannot be substituted by guests. If you cannot
make a weekend, we have a mailing list set up that you can use to trade your
weekends. Also, if the house is not full on any weekend, you are welcome to make up any
weekends you may have missed.
